Witness Hastings come to life on canvas. Guest artist, Paul Oman, will paint a 5’X 6’ representation of Hastings’ landmarks and its people throughout its history on the Mississippi. A unique program for all ages designed to generate community pride and build an encouraging spirit among its men, women and children.
